WHERE YOU CAN LEARN HOW TO MAINTAIN A FULFILLED LIFE!

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained pastoral counselor in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individual counseling is a personal opportunity to receive support and experience growth during challenging times in one’s life. It can help one deal with many personal topics such as anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, trauma, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, career changes, and school difficulties.

Premarital Counseling

Premarital counseling is a form of couples counseling that helps prepare couples for the situations they may face in marriage which includes intimacy, dealing with in-laws, managing finances, child-rearing and discipline approaches, delegating roles, and designating responsibilities.

Marriage Counseling

Over time, every couple experience ups and downs in their marriage. This can range anywhere from concerns of a stagnant marriage to serious aggressive behaviors. Marriage counseling can help resolve conflicts and heal wounds. Overall, marriage counseling can help couples from their downward spiral and re-establish realistic expectations and goals.

Family Counseling

Family counseling is often sought due to a life change or stress that negatively affects one or every area of a family such as closeness, communication, or family structure rules and roles.  Sometimes it’s best to see an entire family together for several sessions in order to address concerns about parenting issues, sibling conflict, loss of a family member, a new addition to the family, dealing with a major move, or an illness that has affected the family system.

Group Counseling

Group counseling focuses on a particular topic and gives the participant an opportunity to express how they relate to the topic by sharing their experiences and challenges. Group counseling also gives a person the opportunity to address their issues and concerns, identify with others, and examine life patterns that are interfering with one’s personal growth. In group counseling, individuals have the benefit of gaining immediate feedback from other group members and the group counselor. A person can learn from others as one identifies and connect with their struggles and successes.  Group counseling will help bring awareness and the aspects of your life that you wish to change.
