Inner Healing Workshops
Our workshops include educational discussions and therapeutic activities that relate to the group topic. The group topics aid in increasing your self-awareness, building a healthy character, and eliminating negative behaviors that do not support the life you want. We do this by strategically working to release your emotional pain that needs to be healed from painful memories and dysfunctional patterns that are operating in your life. In addition, prayer will be implemented throughout the workshops, and you will receive a copy of Dr. Umona L. Sharp’s book. There will also be refreshments.

Why Inner Healing?
Stay Free Ministries serves to help those who are not experiencing the fullness of freedom that God promises due to wounds, bad habits, and hang ups that have accumulated over time. These things pull us down and hinder our ability to live free. Sometimes, it may seem that God has abandoned us. As a result, we rebel, lash out, become depressed, and turn to substances to numb the pain in an attempt to deal with all our wounds. Stay Free Ministries recognizes that these negative experiences rob us from attaining true freedom, so we have created a signature program to bring healing to those wounds and deliverance to your soul. Our goal is for you to sustain long-term freedom.
Do you find yourself struggling with the same negative thoughts, addictions, fears, and wounds as you did before you accepted Christ as your Lord and savior? Do you feel stuck in the past? Are you carrying guilt or suffering pain at the hands of others? Each of these wounds can be like an open door where spiritual strongholds of anger, bitterness, resentment, addictions, and a host of other negative things manifest causing us to not live free. If you are having difficulty overcoming issues in your life and things seem to control you rather than you controlling them, it might be time for you to consider Deliverance Counseling. In turn, you will be able to take advantage of our signature program, “Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry.”
To participate in our Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry program, the first step is to receive deliverance counseling which is a 2-step process that is administered before and after the Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry program. To get started, please contact our office to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. After the consultation, you will then be scheduled an appointment for deliverance counseling and asked to complete intake paperwork and an assessment before the session.
Steps for Deliverance Counseling
Deliverance counseling consist of 2-steps that will lay the proper foundation for a successful outcome before and after the Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry program. It will place you in a good position to receive God’s healing, obtain freedom, and then remain free.
The first step of deliverance counseling consists of six sessions to address the following:
- To identify the root cause of reoccurring issues and behaviors.
- To discuss family history of mental and physical health issues, occult activities, and satanic rituals.
- To address negative influences that may be affecting the person mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
Once you have completed the first step of deliverance counseling, you will be placed in our Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry program which is designed for clients to obtain and maintain freedom from oppression. The program combines inner healing and deliverance prayers which are guided by the Holy Spirit to help people find healing and freedom. Our Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry program consist of 3 sessions and are facilitated by a loving team of trained volunteers and pastoral counselors who all have various spiritual gifts to help clients experience freedom.
The second and last step of the deliverance counseling process resumes after you’ve completed the Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry program. Our pastoral counselors will continue to partner with you by providing 6 sessions to assist you in creating new coping skills and new systems to break old habits which will secure your freedom of deliverance.
