Alcohol & Drug Recovery Group (Men+Women)
This group provides education on relapse prevention and how to identify triggers for those who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. This group will teach coping skills and how to create new healthy habits and hobbies. The group will help one to create their own recovery plan in order to help them to succeed.
Sexual Trauma Group (Women Only)
This group will focus on helping clients cope with PTSD and the shame and guilt that comes from sexual abuse. This group will provide inner healing, coping skills, and tools to build self-esteem.
Domestic Violence Group (Women Only)
This group will focus on building esteem and confidence. Valuing self-worth and overcoming fears. When it comes to healing from domestic violence, it’s good to have people you can talk to that will listen and validate your feelings without being judged.
Discipleship Group (Men+Women)
This group will focus on discipleship training and teach on biblical foundations such as salvation, sanctification, the importance of praying, fasting, and studying God’s Word. This group will also discuss spiritual gifts and your purpose.
Grief & Loss Support Group (Men+Women)
This group offers a sense of belonging and connection for people experiencing similar challenges. There is no single solution to dealing with loss of any kind, but members of a support group can offer a range of alternatives. By listening to stories of how others cope with a particular problem, one can find the solution that might work best. During these unprecedented times, you may have experienced the loss of a loved one, employment, or even your home which can cause depression, thoughts of suicide, anxiety, and your faith in God to be diminished. You don’t have to go through this alone. Let our trained clinical pastoral counselors help you.
